EXCITING ENHANCEMENTS ON THE WAY

  • Lifestyle Spending Account Increase — Grant Thornton is increasing it’s Lifestyle Spending Contribution to $750, and extending the benefit to include senior managers and directors.
  • To comply with IRS regulations, the Silver plan deductible is increasing from $1,650 single/$3,300 family to $1,700 single/$3,400 family.
  • For the Silver and Bronze plans, the cost sharing for telehealth visits will no longer require the deductible* to be satisfied and will have a copay of $25/$40.
  • New Progyny Menopause Solution*Progyny’s menopause solution is designed to remove barriers to treatment and improve health outcomes with timely access to expert medical providers, coaching and personalized education.
  • New — As an enhancement to the dental plan, we will include a separate $2,000 oral surgery maximum for tooth extractions and periodontal surgery. This is in addition to the Annual Maximum Benefit.
  • New — As an added benefit to the vision plan, we will introduce VSP LightCare to assure an equitable vision plan for all participants, as this feature allows members without a need for prescription eyewear to apply the materials coverage towards non-prescription sunglasses or non-prescription blue light filtering glasses.
  • New Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Maximum Increase — The contribution maximum for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts is increasing from $5,000 to $7,500.
  • The Health Care and Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Accounts maximums will be increasing to $3,400 for 2026.
  • For individuals enrolled in a High Deductible Health plan, the Health Savings Account contribution limit for 2026 for single coverage is $4,400 and $8,750 for family coverage.
  • New this year, the MetLife GVUL and Guardian IDI enrollments will run concurrently with our health and welfare enrollment window. You will be able to link to Guardian and MetLife via SSO links in the GT Benefits Center.
  • We’re offering you the same plan options through three best-in-class national medical carriers: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, and UnitedHealthcare. The same Kaiser plans will also be offered to colleagues in California.
  • Your current medical plan election will carry over into 2026 if you do not make an election for the 2026 plan year.
    *Not available for those enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan.
