Aetna
Under “Continue as a guest,” enter your ZIP code, city and state, or county. Select your preferred search radius and follow the prompts.
Kaiser (CA Only)
Find Doctors & Locations | Kaiser Permanente – select your region (Northern or Southern California) and follow the prompts (note you are not able to search providers by name).
BCBS
Select the Visit BCBS button. Under “Network”, select “Participating Provider Organization (PPO)” and then put in your ZIP code or city, state
Note: The network selection varies by state. Please use the following options:
- Georgia: Blue Open Access POS
- Kansas City: Missouri Preferred-Care Blue
- New Jersey: Horizon Managed Care
- New York: Blue Access PPO (New York)
- Oklahoma: Blue Preferred
- Wisconsin: Blue Preferred POS
Once selected, enter your ZIP code or city and state.
UHC
To search for a doctor, hospital, or other health care provider before enrolling:
- Select the Visit UHC button.
- On the UnitedHealthcare website, Choose a location.
- Enter your location, provider name, specialty, or facility type.
- Review the search results to confirm that your preferred provider participates in the network.
