Voluntary AD&D

You are able to elect voluntary AD&D coverage, through MetLife, in increments of $25,000 up to a maximum of $500,000. Coverage cost is based on whether you elect employee only coverage or coverage for yourself and your dependents. The amount of coverage for your dependents is based on a percentage of your voluntary AD&D coverage amount and the makeup of your family.
