Basic AD&D

Basic AD&D, provided to employees at no cost, provides benefits if you become paralyzed, lose a limb, eyesight, or hearing as a result of an accident. If you die as a result of an accident, your beneficiar(ies) receive the AD&D benefit in addition to any life insurance benefits.
