Flexible Spending Account
Spending wisely on your health care
If you enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account in 2025, you will need to re-enroll for 2026.
Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts are available for you to use towards expenses like deductibles, co-pays, and similar medical expenses. The contribution limit for the Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts in 2026 is $3,400.
Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Accounts are the right choice if you will have more than average dental and vision expenses in 2026. Along with a Health Savings Account, you’ll be able to cover certain dental and vision expenses not covered by insurance plans. The maximum contribution limit in 2026 for these accounts is also $3,400.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts can be used to pay for items such as child and elder care, before and after school care, and certain related expenses that allow you or your spouse/domestic partner to work, look for work, or continue their education. The contribution maximum is $7,500.
All Flexible Spending Accounts are “use-it-or-lose-it” accounts, meaning they do not carry over from year to year. If you plan to enroll in one of these accounts, plan carefully.
