Key highlights and new benefits to help you live well – today and tomorrow

Your medical plans have some exciting enhancements on the way

  • We’re offering you the same plan options through three best-in-class national medical carriers: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, and UnitedHealthcare. The same Kaiser plans will also be offered to colleagues in California.
  • To comply with IRS regulations, the Silver plan deductible is increasing from $1,600 single/$3,000 family to $1,650 single/$3,300 family
  • For New Jersey colleagues, the BCBS provider network is changing with minimal impact to the providers used by our plan participants.
  • Your current medical plan election will carry over into 2025 if you do not make an election for the 2025 plan year.
  • Hello Heart* for employees and family members with hypertension and related issues, Hello Heart is a free program that makes it easy to give your heart the care it needs.
  • Therapy limits increasing* – The combined limits for physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy are increasing from 60 to 80 visits per year.
  • New Women’s Pelvic Health pathway through Hinge* supports women at all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause when pelvic disorders are most common.

OTHER BENEFITS AND ENHANCEMENTS

  • Enhancements to your dental plan include covering out-of-network preventive services at 100% of R&C fee** to further encourage you and your family to get your semi-annual check-ups and cleanings.
  • Increased frame allowances for vision coverage Your vision frame and contact lens allowance is increasing for 2025 from $175 to $200
  • Happify/Twill platform
    Happify has re-branded as Twill and will migrate to an improved app and website called Twill Therapeutics with new features and improvements designed to enhance your mental health and well-being!
  • The Identity Theft Pro+ plan will include new Cyber protections including personal device security, password manager, parental monitoring and alerting to name just a few.
