It is important that you complete your enrollment by the specified enrollment deadline: by November 15 during open enrollment or within 60 days of your hire date. If you don’t meet the enrollment deadline, your next opportunity to enroll will be annual open enrollment in the fall of 2025 (unless you have a family status change). Any benefits you elect during this year’s open enrollment period will become effective the following January 1.

Enrollment Instructions (3 ways to enroll)

  1. Access Grant Thornton Benefit Center using link on Canvas.
  2. Log in to our benefits portal at alight.com/grantthornton.
  3. Call 1.833.476.2341 to talk with a Grant Thornton Benefits Center agent.

Be sure to review and choose benefits on each screen of the enrollment site.

Review all of your benefits in the “Review Enrollment” page and click “Approve.” This will save your elections. You are encouraged to print and/or save a copy of your confirmation statement for your records. You may access the site multiple times before the enrollment deadline. Your final benefit elections during the enrollment window will be your enrollment of record for the coverage period.
